2007-03-24 10:29 pmI used to like Steve Pavlina's blog. For example, I found How to Become An Early Riser to be quite useful. And there are still a number of good articles in his archives. However, more and more of his blog posts seems to be devoted to new-age, pseudo-scientific crap.
Subsequently, I've found Reinhard Engels and Seth Roberts post the about the same kinds of interesting self-experiments that Steve Pavlina used to blog about, without the crap. Both blogs are highly recommended if you're interested in experimental self-help.
