Please don't include links that lead directly to a download of media stuff... Some of us are sitting on 56K connections, plus you managed to crash by browser. Argh.
BTW, my first impulse was to make snide commments about the use of the "stop" button and the quality of your browser. Rather than telling me what I should or should not include in my journal, you would've elicited a more positive reaction had you written something like this:
"Thanks for the links! If you would be so kind, would you indicate the file type when you make a direct link to a media file? It would help those of us on slow connection, and/or flaky browsers (file X crashed my browser, IEv5.5 on Win2000)."
