The Joy of Hard Labor

You know what tastes delicious? Pizza.

You know what tastes even more delicious than pizza?

Pizza consumed after hours of hard labor.

And in this modern times, how often do you really have the opportunity to perform salt of the earth hard labor?

Well, now is your chance!

Help me move to my new place in Mountain View on June 30!

Here’s the itinerary:

4:00 p.m. Pick up truck from the truck rental place.
5:00 p.m. Last minute packing and cleaning
6:00 p.m. Meet my home in Belmont. Pack everything (1) onto the truck.
8:00 p.m. Drive to Mountain View
8:45 p.m. Pizza! (and beer)
9:15 p.m. Unpack
10:15 p.m. Bid adieu. Return home pleasantly exhausted. Sleep deeply and well.

(1) My stuff consists of about 5-7 bookshelves of books/stuff in banker’s boxes, 4 wire bookshelves, and a full size mattress. So nothing really heavy.

Well, I do have a chair and couple of folding tables. Neither is particularly heavy or bulky. No couch. I currently rent a room in a house, and the couch isn't mine.
