Yeah, I'm angered as well. On the bright side, the SEC doesn't seem wholly opposed to the idea, and they may be able to return later after they've jumped through their hoops.

This is really old news. I guess I should have written about it sooner. I am a Prosper lender, and I've done pretty well with them. For the past couple of months, however, I've been transferring my funds out of Prosper as quickly as possible to put my money to work elsewhere.

I hope the service will remain unchanged after all the SEC filings and whatnot.
