I could swear that at some point Philip Greenspun, perhaps tongue-in-cheek, proposed outsourcing everything but the sperm, but I did find his Proposal for outsourcing High School to India.
If I ever have kids, I'm going to seriously look into outsourcing high school to India. I would've loved to do something like that, had it occurred to me at the time.
