It would be really neat if they could fix the inability to fly out of doors. either way, it would be interesting to make those flying dreams (literal dreams of flying) a reality. The closest thing right now is hang-gliding I suspect.
Hell, all you need are some solar powered fans attached to the ankles (and perhaps the waist as well) for fixed propellers and you could use the arm-wings for directional movement. Wouldn't need as much ballast that way.
