Natalie Portman is a smart hottie (although I'm not sure what kind of anti-magic George Lucas did to blunt her normally incredible performance in the Star Warts prequels)
I think they left out Jodie Foster but hey, some people think she is too old or something.
Sarah Gilbert is pretty smart and they left her out.
By about number 5 or 6 the list started to really get thin and any girl who graduated eventually with a Bachelors got on the list. I did get a kick out of the Playboy Doctor. Now THAT is what I call hot!
