Greens frequently complain about loss of species diversity. But you know, the minute some scientist announces he's genetically engineered a flying monkey-dog, it's gonna be whine, whine, whine.

I'm thinking cross em wit killa bees.

Too many species are disappearing quickly. And to not care is to be really blind to the problem at hand. Without our influence, it would take much longer to kill off many of the things you will no longer see today. How long will it be before we make ourselves extinct?

(not soon enough...bleh)

I'm all for species diversity. Just imagine the explosion in species count, when modern Picassos can paint in flesh rather than oils! Oh, it will be marvelous!

Except for killer grey goo. I'm opposed to killer grey goo.
