I don't like his standing knife defense into the figure 4 armlock, that seems a bit contrived for a fluid battle that happens with a real knife wielder. Everything else was spot on from my experiences.

You can spot like five different styles in his various techniques, and there are probably more that I missed. Obviously BJJ, CSW, Muay Thai were all represented well.

Oh yeah, and his commentary is hi-larious. :)
