I used to have a plastic version of this, without the stand. It takes an awful long time to load 144 rubber bands. :-)

No, and I looked around for any evidence (sales slip or old box lying around) and didn't find it. I think it was advertised in some survivalist magazine -- the only nonlethal thing in there, prolly -- but I don't remember which. It was a long time ago.
