It probably depends on your jurisdiction. If you live in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, or maybe Utah, most likely no, it's probably illegal to have a copy of that photo on your computer.
If you live in most other places, it's probably legal. DOMAI.COM has been in existence since 1997, and is hosted in Phoenix, AZ by http://www.cwie.net. Were it not legal, most likely they would've been shut down long ago.
