"He hasn't exactly moved in. We prefer to call it 'crashing.' He makes
his own bed, takes away his dirty laundry and tiptoes in when he comes
in late at night. Sometimes I feel like I have two husbands."

-- New Yorker Mark Hsiao on New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is
living with Hsiao and his husband Howard Koeppel due to Giuliani's
marital problems at home at Gracie Mansion, to the Los Angeles Times,
Sept. 2.

As of, like, weeks ago, yeah.

Old article. I'm sure he's staying somewhere much less awkward rightaboutnow.

Run, Rudy, Run!

Yep--no doubt he's staying somewhere else by now. I just thought the image of Giuliani sneaking in like a truant teen to be pretty funny...

Yeah, I saw this when it first ran in the NYT (I believe), but -- as far as I know -- he's still staying there.

I read an article last week describing Giuliani's hectic schedule after the WTC attack, and one of the items was (approximately)

4:00 am - home to apartment where staying with gay couple to crash
7:00 am - back at scene, directing rescuers.

I got a big kick of this when it came out [no pun intended...]
