Well, yeah. But you're looking at a couple of thousand $ more and 4 hours setup with 3-4 people instead of 30 minutes for 2 people. They're filling much different niches. The Pacific Domes are obviously meant as semi-permanent structurs, but for the price of some of them you could have a small self-built house that won't rot away in 3-10 years.
