I was surprised by the trailer for the The Passion of the Christ. Gibson went for an edgier tone than I expected. Definitely want to check out the movie now.

[Caution: trailer contains graphic scenes of Jews behaving badly]

(Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] pjammer for the link).

that phrase made me think of a new reality tv show:

Jews Behaving Badly

in poor taste, yes, but funny nonetheless

Wow. I really didn't expect action-flick music, and the tag line "The Jews will Kill Christ." It's almost funny.

Yes, it does pay homage to some unexpected sources.

Thanks. Now I have the cast of Fiddler on the Roof running naked through my head.

Wait. You mean there's a version of that movie where people are CLOTHED?!

Unless 'Diddler on the Roof' is the porn spoof of ... ooooh. Nevermind.

Kill Bill muZic... whoever put that muZic to that trailer is a whacko :)

The film I here is pretty graphic, like the trailer showed. This was the trailer that wasn't approved by whoever the trailer approving people are :)

Yes, I agree, the trailer approving people would probably not approve.

You're being sarcastic, right?

Um... who exactly made that "trailer" anyways?

... I guess this means that someone out there has their hands on an advance copy of a digitization of the flick.

I don't know who made it. Somebody at NYU perhaps?

Somebody may well have an advance copy, but most of those scenes came from the trailer.

Sarcastic isn't quite the right word. I would say "impishly mocking". I do want to see the movie, though. I liked Braveheart, and it has a chance of being a good movie.
