Ohhh...
C'mon, that's so cute!
Plus you can use it if you have misplaced the feather duster...

Yes, very cute. However, I would never be able to wear black again.

True... although I guess a little black hair dye wouldn't do any harm to certain creatures...

Man alive!

Yes, that's an English Angora rabbit. It's where we get angora wool from.

Isn't she beautiful?

The Velveteen rabbit with a gland problem. Or a Were-bunny.

Aw, whada cute widdle fluffy bunny!

It would be sad if, underneath all the fur, the bunnies were really macho. Like, they dream of leather and knife fights.

Does it matter? I don't think they can see either way.

Poor little babies! They are just clueless little balls of fur. What a hard existence!

Gremlins or bunnies with gas.

Shouldn't that be considered abuse? I mean they can't even see. That's just ... wrong :P Funny looking, but the animals have to be miserable.

While I have similar concerns, I have read they are fluffed up a lot before shows, so perhaps they are less incapacitated than they appear.

That said, I wouldn't feel right about doing that to an animal myself, as hilarious as they are.

Oh, I'm sure they get uber fluffed for the show. I own a poodle, and though I do not get him cut in the show-poodle way, I know how that works. Show poodles take a lot of fluffing before the show.

Still- I wonder if they scrunchie the hair out of their eyes while not in shows ;D

What I wanna know is how the buggers mate.

"Is it in yet?"

"No."

"Now?"

"No."

"How about now?"

"That's my head!"

Eh, it may be humiliating, but I strongly suspect that these bunnies live in the lap of bunny luxury. I doubt they're suffering at all.

Demented? These are brilliant. As long as someone else does the grooming.

Hmm. Well, "weird," at the very least...very, very weird.

Unless you like tribbles, I suppose. :)

Angora

From: [identity profile] sarahshevett.livejournal.com
A. This is where Angora comes from, like Angora sweaters..
B. They grow wild like this, but shed profusely so they don't reach this amount of wool.
3. They are plucked at this point and start to grow another coat which takes about 8 weeks.

I used to raise these; had over 40 of em at one point...

40!!!! I would be scared to step into a room with a floor covered with these furry things, lest they nibble to down to a bleeding stump with thier I'm sure gnashing munching teeth.

altenate dialog on fuzzy things.

ya know my cat used to cough these things up...

Actually if I had one and a cat at the same time, I think that much fur would act as a kevlar jacket to make it cat proof or choke it on the amount of fur.

As amuzing as they are I'd be afraid to have any lest I get it confused with my couch pillows.

I really hope that they don't develop oozing orifices (diahrea, colds). That fur could get NASSSTTYY.

With those ears, does he get decent reception?
