I'm going to see the 8:30 p.m. showing of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets tomorrow at the Carmike Blue Ridge 14 Cinema. I'm planning to get there at 7:45, as I hear it fills up quickly. If any of you would like to go with me, let me know. Tickets cost a $1.50.

My mom bought a copy of the DVD at Wal-Mart for me, my ex, herself AND my sister. She couldn't resist the "great price".

I still haven't seen it, read the book a few times, but BY GOD, I'll have plenty of chances now.

There's no escape, Donna. At least it's a fairly decent movie from what I hear. It could be worse...

Yeah...you could be going to see Swept Away ;)

Chamber of Secrets was a good movie...you should enjoy it. And for $1.50, you can't go wrong. I paid $13 to see it! =)

My kids have been complaining about both movies, screaming they left so many important details out. This is their first experience with Hollywood's "speaking to the lowest common denominator" ideal, and they've been outraraged.

Don't worry boys, it only gets worse.

Resistance was futile indeed

Watched it Sunday at my mom's house. It was great, even better when filled in with the extra disk full of the scenes they edited out.
