Oy. I'd heard so many people left the Bay area that rents had dropped quite a bit. I'm surprised that there's still so many picky people.
BTW, you might ask some of the folk at the alpinebutterfly lodge if they know of a good place. They're in Mountain View. If you point me to your ad, I could forward it to some of my friends in the Bay Area--maybe they know of something that would work for you.
